U Sai thein Win documents are true.
These CNC machines are really there in Myaing Industry and also in Pyin Oo Lwin.As i am not an machanical or… nuclear engineer, I do not understand how those machines are useful for those weapons. I am an electronic and electrical engineer and so I have servered in POL industry to maintain the power supply system of those machines.POWER supply system (SERVO VOLTAGE STABLIZERS) are made by Farmax technology Com.LTD. INDIA.

U Min Thein, to suggest that scud misslie is same as V2 proves how wrong you are logicwise.Has the internal combustion engine technology changed since Ford Model T? Please think very carefully what you say.We are not just one person but a collective.
As regards treason, it means taking initiative or action to harm the state and society of one’s own.
We understand ethos and accountability very well.If you think that politicians can run the country, you really need to study seriously what it takes to manage a modern state system.
We are fully aware of lack of accountability on the part of SPDC. As a matter of fact anti-junta factions are no different from the junta itself:they are just as much dictarorial:they are blinded by their hatred of the junta, never examining why and how the whole situation has evolved;unless one is against the junta in everything it does, you consider him or her to be for the junta.That is where the problem lies.There is no objectivity. Remember your enemy’s enemy is not necessarily your friend.And going against you does not prove favouring your enemy.
In any case so long as you consider the junta or the Burmese military as enemy, there will not be any progress. If they are the problem, they are part of the solution.
WE are Burmese People because we are the soul of the Burmese nation;don’t ever think that we support SPDC. We believe in evolution in accordance with our Buddhist philosophy.
We can sense that Sen.Gen ThanShwe must be a very worried and unhappy man.Why? Just imagine tomorrow he dies without having appointed a successor or having agreed a system for electing a successor,do you think democracy will suddenly spring out of the earthy like a fountain?
You obviously do not understand how democracy is arrived at.We look at the situation form historical perspective as well as conceptual standpoint.
You need to study Magna Carta, its real intention originally and how it acted as catalyst of democacy.That was conceptual aspect but you also need to understand the importance of the institutions:first the parliament, the legislature and judiciary.And from the ‘state’ of view there is the need to protect sovereignty.What is happening in Burma is the state is NOT the other side of the coin, of society.
To suggest that we have no understanding of ethos of accountability suggests that your understandering of politics is at kindergarten stage.Many Burmese exiles who are against the junta are like a little boy who has been given a toy;he can’t help showing it off. You live in a Western democracy and enjoy the benefits but fail to analyse how imperfect their democracy was at the beginning.Please do try to study history intelligently.
We are fully aware of ‘conflict of laws’ in many spheres of civil society and also of the ambiguity of ‘written’ constitution.
We would advise you and all other anti-junta elements to be a little humble and not to imagine that we are stupid. We have 360 degree vision and that’s why we do not take the one-dimentional approach of junta bashing as be all and end all.

We must acheive to Major Sai Thei Win and DVB for Human peacefully.

We also known and informed to DVB for that plant and project but no photos as like as Ko Sai Thein Win.

Please take action and we have alot of witness and can assist to investigate.

At the mean time, please announce to all PUBLIC in Burma and NLD contacts,

1. Check the Truck and special trucks from Army, Tay Za and Asia World and etc transportation.

2. They can shift the nuclear parts from those places.

3. Do not touch any parts of that machines and equipment for RADIOACTIVE and Isotope.

4. We can confirm that all places.

5. The Offshore Gas from Total Block M-5 is for those plants such as Kayuk Swe Gyoe, Magwe, Yinmar bin and May Myo.

Tha Beik Kyin and Myaing is Uranium sources.

We Burmese Techincians will assit for the very dangerous or KILLER WEAPON.

All must against those plants and Military mis use of our country resouces.

China Gas pipe and Oil line must be block with Nuclear Plant connection under China, Russia, N. Korea.

Daewoo International from S. Korea must also stop selling weapons and supporting to SPDC.

We must inform to ASEAN and UN and IAEA with proof and witness from all countries.

@Burmese people, the nazis made the V2 rocket in the 1940s, this is the same model that the scud type missile is based that is utilised by North Korea, it is pretty simple 1940s technology, I think you should go and reassess what ‘treason’ actually means and look at missile technology a bit more, or even read the material presented, it is obvious you have no shame and no understanding of the ethos of accountability, it is abhorrent that you choose such a pseudonym for in reality you only betray your own people

How low can they sink? Right,many nthings the regime has done are wrong, but to suggest that Burma is building Weapon of Mass Destruction is the height of treason:to harm their own people out of hatred for the junta. What kind of person is the defector? It is just umbelievable that DVB publishes this. Are they so deaperate to continue getting funding from the West.
The idea is utterly ridiculous.
Nuke is useless without misslies.
Missiles need metallaguists, furnaces to melt the iron and to mould them into shells. Then the guidance system is needed.
Burma is an agricultural country, without anyone like Werner von Braun, of Nazi Germany,who was saved for developing NASA.
Why has DVB sunk so low? that is the question. Maybe they will not publish this comment.
It is their aim to induce US to invade Burma?
What will happen to our beautiful famous Shwedagon pagoda when they bombs drop? And hundreds of thousands of people who will be killed?
Why should Burma need the nuke in any case? Burma gets on well with the neighbours. Now, who is inciting regoinal conflicts? In Burmese saying, what does a ‘PONENA’ do as a habit? When he cannot do that, he hits his thigh with his elbow. That is better than creating misunderstanding between Burma and the international community.

“Sai” came out of Burma months ago. He would have been debriefed by the Americans around March. The US has no doubt already assessed his intelligence and factored it into their policies. Senator Webb also knew weeks ago, but he seems to have been caught off balance by the publicity. There are shots of Kurt Campbell talking to DVB in March and of Bertil Lintner in what looks like Oslo in the snow – so maybe February or March as well. Sai looks Shan, and his name is a Shan honorific. There are too many posed photographs, though this might mean he was building up his defection dossier. DVB tell us nothing about his family e.g. whether he is married and has children. On the whole, I take the photographs at their face value. But Sai was a mechanical engineer who (says he) studied missile technology in Moscow, which is far less sensitive than nuclear technology . MSTU, MIFI and MITT are all open academic institutions in Moscow. Sai does not seem to have had access to nuclear matters, nor to have been briefed on nuclear policy. His comments on Al Jazeera about e.g. IAEA and nuclear planning are uninformed.

Not sure what it all means. At present I am inclined to the view that the materials are genuine, but may reflect no more than rather forlorn indigenous dabbling in nuclear matters without North Korean support. China , India and Russia seem blissfully unconcerned. So does Thailand – so far.

As the story runs, more will emerge. We should have a clearer picture by August. At present, we are being told only half the story. It is the other half which could be even more interesting.
